Weight Loss Tracker

I’m starting this whole weight tracking thing all over again.  I will weight in every morning before getting dressed.  I know this will cause some wild fluctuations, but I’m betting it will hold me more accountable to tracking and watching it.  I will record both weight and body fat %.  Also, as I plan to start P90X within the next week or 2, I will add some measurements here as well to be tracked on a monthly basis.
